Advantages of carbon fiber bicycles
(1). Can make a lightweight frame
The carbon fiber frame is made by layering carbon fibers against the direction in which the stress occurs to obtain strength. The carbon fiber frame is very light, which is due to its density and strong tensile strength.
(2). Good shock absorption
Carbon fiber is used to make artificial legs for the disabled when exercising, or special springs are used in various fields. Make use of its excellent shock absorption performance to make bicycles without shock absorbers.
(3). Various shapes of frame can be manufactured
The basic forming method of carbon fiber is to lay a fiber sheet on the mold and then pour into the resin and burn it. Can be made into various shapes of frame.
